- A Deputation is not to exceed three speakers in number and only those speakers may address the Council Members

- Speakers of a Deputation will collectively have a maximum of up to 10 minutes (dependent on the number of deputations received) to address the Council Members, unless an extension of time is granted.

- Please ensure that you arrive at the Briefing Session by 6:00pm to ensure you do not miss your opportunity to present a Deputation.
